Delete Your BitClock Account

If you'd like to delete your BitClock account, you can do so directly in the app under Settings → Delete Account, or request deletion here. This page exists so that account deletion is possible even if you've uninstalled the app or don't want to reinstall it — required by both the Google Play and Apple App Store account-deletion policies.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email, password)
• Your active subscription record

What this does NOT do

• Cancel an active subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play — those must be cancelled separately through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings, the same as any other app.
• Delete BitClock's underlying market-data dataset — that dataset is BitClock's own operational data, not personal data tied to your account.

Account deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Request deletion

A self-serve deletion form for this page is coming. Until it's live, send a deletion request from the email address on your BitClock account tosupport@getbitclock.comwith the subject “Delete my account” — we'll verify it's really you and confirm once the deletion is complete.
